Oklahoma State Featured On Sports Illustrated Cover
STILLWATER, Okla. – For the second time in less than a month, the Oklahoma State football program is featured on the cover of Sports Illustrated. This week’s cover of the magazine has Cowboy receiver Dez Bryant diving across the goal line as he makes the first of his two touchdown catches in OSU’s 24-10 win over Georgia and reads, “Cowboy Up: Oklahoma State Struts as the Rival Sooners Swoon."

Oklahoma State Reaches Top Five Of Associated Press Poll
STILLWATER – The Oklahoma State football team has climbed into the top five of the Associated Press college football poll for the first time since 1985 and for just the third time since 1945.

The new poll, released late Tuesday morning, listed Oklahoma State fifth in the country behind Florida, Texas, Southern California and Alabama. The Cowboys are No. 6 in the USA Today coaches poll.

Perrish Cox Honored By Big 12
IRVING, Texas – Oklahoma State senior Perrish Cox has been named the first winner of the Big 12 Conference Special Teams Player of the Week for 2009, the league has announced.

The Cowboy from Waco, Texas, keyed OSU’s win over No. 13 Georgia when he opened the second half by returning the kickoff 74 yards, setting up an OSU touchdown drive.
